Abstract

Quality in education is the driving force required to effectively push the educational system to achieve its goals and mission
entrusted to it by society and the various parties related to education, whereas the university graduate is the fruit of the educational
process, its final product, its quality criterion and the investment of the present and the bet of the future, the curriculum is the
content, method, practice, attitudes and activities that are presented to students to achieve certain goals in light of the educational
philosophy of society, and it is considered a part of the educational system, and it is built for a specific goal or mission and
includes several processes and relationships, as it contains partial components organized with each other to achieve goals set for
them. From this standpoint, the necessity to place the process of developing university education in the focus of attention and
priority of research. Hence, the research problem is determined in the necessity of developing an educational strategy for total
quality management by setting special controls and mechanisms for the curriculum (the textile and carpet course is a model for
reaching a final product that meets the local design standards in terms of the design form that expresses the Arab identity and high
quality, taking into account the human and material capabilities of the educational institution.
